A warranty applies only when it is written on the product page or on your receipt. The written warranty says how long it lasts. Products without a written warranty are sold without one.

How to make a claim

Contact the shop and bring the product with your receipt. The shop checks the fault before deciding on a repair or replacement under the written warranty.

A warranty is not a right to return a product because you changed your mind. The returns policy explains returns.
