Inauzwa Limited sells the products listed on this website. These pages are the shop's own pages. They are not affiliate links and they do not send you to another store.

This policy applies to products sold by Inauzwa Limited in its shop and through this website.

Change of mind

The shop does not accept a return or exchange only because a customer changed their mind.

Faulty products

If a product is faulty, contact the shop and bring the product with its receipt. A warranty applies only when it is written on the product page or receipt. The shop checks the fault before deciding the remedy available under that written warranty.

Pre-orders

If a customer voluntarily cancels a pre-order after paying, 10% of the amount paid is deducted as a cancellation fee and the remaining 90% is refunded. If the shop cannot fulfil the pre-order, the customer receives a full refund of the amount paid.

Refund processing starts after the request is confirmed with the shop.
