How to prepare an ICT equipment RFQ
What to include so a supplier can quote ICT equipment without guessing.
An RFQ should name the organisation, the deadline, the delivery town, and whether prices must include VAT. For each line, write the specification, quantity, warranty and whether installation is required. Attach the BOQ as PDF or Excel.
Avoid brand names unless you truly require that brand. Ask suppliers to mark each line as compliant, partial or an alternative. Inauzwa staff confirm those marks. A suggested catalog match is not a compliance decision.
