Return policy

This page is the return policy for products sold by Inauzwa Limited ("Inauzwa") in its shops and on inauzwa.shop.

1. Shop and catalog purchases

Inauzwa does not accept returns of products bought in the shop or from the online catalog because you changed your mind. Inauzwa does not offer exchanges as a standing policy.

2. Faulty products and warranty

If a product is faulty, contact the shop and bring your receipt. A warranty applies only when it is written on the product page or on your receipt. That written warranty is the remedy. It is not a general right to return the product for a refund.

3. Pre-orders

If you voluntarily cancel a pre-order after paying, 10% of the amount you paid is deducted as a cancellation fee, and the remaining 90% is refunded.

If Inauzwa cannot deliver the device or fulfill your pre-order, you receive a 100% refund of what you paid, with no deduction.

Refund processing starts after your request is confirmed.

4. Trade-in

A trade-in is not a return. The value is an estimate until the device is inspected. See trade-in.
